We are preparing a new offer with 2 gîtes, one of which will be available for short-term rental. Renovations are underway in our barn, with the masonry almost finished, the roof replaced, and we have already started some interior work. The rental gîte will be on the ground floor, remaining very cool despite the heat, but in any case, both gîtes will be equipped with air conditioning for optimum comfort in both summer and winter.On the agenda: a heat pump and photovoltaic panels with battery storage for self-consumption, along with excellent insulation.The ambitious goal is to open for the Christmas period.
